These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CurbPress ("we," "us," or "our") website, software, and services. CurbPress is a product of CurbSoftware Tech Innovations.

CurbPress is a WordPress/SaaS-oriented product for building and managing websites, SaaS-style WordPress apps, or multi-tenant WordPress-powered projects. We provide tools and services that help you create, manage, and scale your WordPress-based applications.

Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing our website, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using CurbPress on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Eligibility
To use CurbPress, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
If you are under 18, you may only use CurbPress with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Accounts and Security
Account Creation: You may need to create an account to access certain features of CurbPress. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

- Not share your account credentials with others

Product Access and Licensing

Usage Restrictions: You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble CurbPress
- Use CurbPress to create a competing product or service
- Remove or modify any proprietary notices on CurbPress
- Exceed the usage limits or restrictions specified in your plan
Free and Paid Plans
CurbPress offers both free and paid plans. The features, usage limits, and terms applicable to your plan are specified in your account dashboard and the plan description. We may change plan features and pricing at any time with notice to existing customers.
Payments, Billing, and Taxes
Payment Processing: Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We do not directly store full payment card numbers. All payment processing is subject to our payment processor's terms and policies.
Billing: For paid plans, you agree to pay all fees and charges incurred under your account. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) as specified in your plan.
Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your use of CurbPress. We may collect and remit taxes on your behalf where required by law.
Payment Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. You agree to update your payment information promptly if it changes.
Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use CurbPress only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use CurbPress to host unlawful, abusive, or deceptive websites or applications
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to CurbPress or user accounts
- Use CurbPress to send spam or unsolicited communications
WordPress, Hosting, and Third-Party Services
CurbPress integrates with WordPress, hosting providers, and other third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for:
- The availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services
- Any issues arising from your use of third-party services
- Content or data hosted on third-party platforms
You are responsible for ensuring your use of integrated services complies with their terms and applicable laws.
AI and Automation Features
CurbPress may include AI and automation features. When using these features:
- AI features process only the content you provide when you enable or use those features
- Third-party AI providers may apply their own terms and policies depending on configuration
- You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance with applicable AI provider terms
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
- You should review AI-generated content before using it
User Content and Data
Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to CurbPress. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide our services.
Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or distribute using CurbPress. We do not pre-screen or monitor user content except as required by law.
Data Backup: While we use reasonable efforts to maintain backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data.
Intellectual Property
CurbPress and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CurbSoftware Tech Innovations and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You agree not to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand elements without our prior written consent.
Product Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue CurbPress or any part of it at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of CurbPress.
Availability and Support
Service Availability: We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that CurbPress will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.
Support: Support availability and response times vary by plan. We provide support on a reasonable effort basis and do not guarantee specific response times or resolutions.
Disclaimers
CurbPress is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
- Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service
- Results obtained from the use of the service
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CurbSoftware Tech Innovations shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim
This limitation of liability applies to all causes of action, whether based on contract, tort, or otherwise.
Indemnification

- Any content you create or distribute using CurbPress
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to CurbPress at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:
- Your right to use CurbPress will immediately cease
- We may delete your account and data, subject to legal requirements
- All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will:
- Notify you by email if the changes are material
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms
- Post the updated Terms on our website
Your continued use of CurbPress after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to CurbSoftware Tech Innovations, unless a different governing law is required by applicable law or stated in a separate written agreement.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over CurbSoftware Tech Innovations, unless otherwise required by law.
